The Higher Institute of Industrial Systems of Gabes (ISSIG) established by Decree No. 1971 of 14 July 2005, is an institution of higher education part of the University of Gabes.
The institute has been registered for the year 2006-2007 in the BMD system, and this in the first tranche of schools registered in the system. The months of June and September 2009 are characterized by the release of the first class License and the commencement of the course Master Professional
